Click 'n' Flick Photography Club and Students Welfare is back with an amazing event.
Note: Event is open for all students, staff, and faculty members.
On the occurrence of Diwali ('festival of lights') we are going to conduct a photography contest.
“May every lamp that will be lit on the evening of Diwali bring joys and prosperity for everyone”.
1)It’s an online mode contest.
2)Firstly, register for the event by filling the google form using the link provided above.
3)Your next step is to upload your entries.
4)Our team members will filter all entries whether they are genuine or taken from the internet.
5)If we found your entry invalid (from the internet) those will be rejected in the first round.
6)In the second round, the picture you upload will be opened to students, staff, and faculty to vote.
7)60% of student votes and 40% from faculty voting will be considered for selection.
8)Each entry percentage is displayed individually.
8)3 winners will be selected based on votes.
9)Every participat will receive a certificate of participation.
Kindly note the following points:
1) No numerous registrations.
2) The name of the file you upload needs to be your registration number or employee ID.
3) Entries more than 2 won't be encouraged.
4) Photo submitted must be at least 640 pixels on the shorter side, and not more than 2000 pixels on the longer side.
5) Image should not be larger than 2MB.
6) The google form is open for students, staff, and faculty to vote from 26/10/2021 TO 07/11/2021.
7) Voting page open from 09/11/2021.
8) Winners will be announced on 16/11/2021.
