Greetings!Hope you are doing well and attending classes online. We are planning to welcome you to the campus for offline classes from January 2022 onwards. If you would like to avail hostel facilities, you are required to book your Hostel accommodation.
1. All first year B. Tech / Integrated M.Tech and PG students are eligible to avail this facility provided you do not reside within a 80 Km radius from the campus.
All students eligible and interested shall remit the advance amount of INR 10,000 on or before November 1,2021 to book Hostel rooms. A direct payment link for the same will be available in your V-TOP logins.
Payment link opening date: 24th October 2021 12.00 PM
Last date for payment: 1st November 2021 12.00 PM.
Alternatively, you can also make a NEFT/ RTGS payment within the pay by date by following the process below:

Note: If the above details are not received after payment made by student/parent -
1. It would not be possible to map your payment to the student account and your invoice also will not be closed.
2. You will always be treated as not paid in your VTOP account unless you provide details of UTR no and student registration no.
2. For all students within this 80 Km radius , the University Bus facility is available. Bus tariffs and routes will be communicated later.
NOTE: If you reside within 80 kms, you are NOT eligible for Hostel accommodation.
